PIPING KIT


HKS PIPNG KIT for Durability Increase and Consistent Boost Pressure under High Boost Condition.



Stock plastic or rubber intercooler pipes can expand or crack under high boost levels. In addition to this, stock pipes have many bends which in some places are very tight radius which causes much resistance and pressure drop. HKS Piping kits are made of aluminum for increased durability and safety. The pipes have been redesigned to decrease the number of bends and to increase bend radius to minimize pressure loss and flow resistance.


 Aluminum Pipes increase durability and safety.
Higher durability than the stock plastic pipes and increased safety can prevent possible damage to the pipe.
 Aluminum Pipes improve engine response.
Highly durable aluminum pipes prevent pipes' deforming under high boost pressure and intake air expansion and compression so the engine response can be improved.
 Buff, Alumite, and Plating Finished Pipes improve engine compartment appearance.
Buff, Alumite, and plating finished aluminum pipes can make the engine compartment appearance more attractive.
 Straight Layout and Appropriate Pipes' Radius minimize pressure loss.
The pipes have been redesigned to decrease the number of bends and to increase bend radius to minimize pressure loss and flow resistance.
 High Pressure Resistant Hoses improves intercooler's performance.
Installing high pressure resistance hoses to joint parts can protect the pipes from heat and pressure, so full performance of the intercooler can be brought out.
 By having almost same layout as the stock layout, installation procedure is very simple.
HKS Piping Kit can be installed as the same layout of the stock piping. So, no complicated installation procedure is required.


 HKS PIPING KIT SERIES

 Special Piping Kit
A special kit made for GT-R models. GT-R have front mount intercooler as stock and with this kit, both performance and appearance will improve.

 
 Full Piping Kit
This kit comprises of intercooler piping and suction piping kits. This is the ideal kit for cars tuned by using the stock intercooler. Suction pipe (between air cleaner and turbo) will also improve the performance and gives accent in the engine bay.






 Intercooler Piping Kit
Piping kit which replaces the pipes from the turbocharger to intercooler and the intercooler to inlet manifold. A convenient kit which allows the replacement of boost pipes which can frequently pop off in higher boost use and is recommended for tuning where the stock intercooler is still used.






 Suction Piping Kit
Piping kit which replaces the stock pipes between the air cleaner and turbocharger. Stock suction pipes can often become compressed or crushed. These aluminum pipe kits prevent this to increase intake air flow efficiency.

Aluminum piping kit which replaces the pipes from each turbo to where they join as a single pipe. By maintaining the stock layout, a wide range of use and applications is possible.

0.6mm Iridium Alloy Center Electrode
Iridium Alloy Center Electrode reduces voltage requirement as well as improving ignition performance and durability.
Outer Electrode with Platinum Chip
The Outer Electrode incorporates a square platinum chip which improves urability, and when combined with the iridium center electrode boosts ignition performance.
The Outer Electrode features a shortened tip design and tapered shape whilemaintaining the necessary space for proper ignition.
Short Type Outer Electrode (Anti-Vibration)
The outer electrode has been shortened and engineered with the ideal shape to decrease weight for resistance against vibration. This anti-vibration design improves longevity of the outer electrode.
Thermal Edge
After long idling or various combustion conditions carbon buildup can occur causing misfires. The Thermal Edge of the ceramic insulator will discharge to help decrease carbon deposits.
Spark Support Gap
Discharges will occur in the Spark Support Gap (space between the tip of insulator and the base of the outer electrode) to help prevent carbon buildup.

Increased Ignition Performance
Decreased voltage requirement strengthens ignition performance under harsh conditions like lean mixture or high boost pressure.
Improved Durability
New material and design improves durability, which allows for use under hard combustion conditions like continuous high load during circuit driving or aggressive tuning.

Decreased Carbon Deposits
Thermal Edge and Spark Support Gap help prevent carbon buildup for better ignition under various combustion conditions.

Special Design RE-type for Rotary Engines
Rotary engines reciprocating design have a different mechanism and combustion condition. RE-type sparkplugs are specially designed to meet the different requirement for rotary engines. The straight shape platinum outer electrode enables reliable ignition performance.

Piggyback HKS ( ECU )


Fungsi dan fitur-fitur exclusive yang hanya bisa diberikan oleh F-CON iS 1

-Mengkoreksi pasokan bensin mobil
Mengkoreksi Ignition Timing, fule signal telah dicontrol oleh map yang ada pada F-con IS, F-con IS ini mempunyai 4 map untuk setiap controll bahan bakar dan waktu pengapian dapat dengan mudah berubah dengan menggunakan dip swich

-FCD Function
Pembatasan supply bensin disaat boost turbo yang tinggi sudah bisa dicancel dengani F-con, tanpa perlu membeli Perangkat FCD lagi.

-SLD Function
pembukaan batas kecepatan juga bisa diaktifkan dan dicontrol dengan baik melalui piggyback ini tanpa perlu membeli perangkat tambahan lagi, cukup dengan F-con, dan hebatnya lagi walaupun dengan piggyback F-con,fungsi dari indikator check engine dari ECU kendaraan standar masih berfungsi seperti pada mobil - mobil standar, karena fungsi F-con yang utama adalah memperbaiki fungsi ECU.

-Knocking Reduction
untuk mengurangi efek knocking untuk kendaraan dengan automatic transmission pada saat perpindahan gigi atas yaitu pada saat kendaraan bermuatan tinggi atau gigi bawah untuk akselerasi. juga pada kendaraan manual yang sering terkena knocking akibat penurunan kualitas bensin ( pertamax ke premium) F-con bisa memerintahkan ECU standar untuk beradaptasi dengan kualitas bensin tersebut.

Air Flow (sensor udara intake)
secara cerdas Air flow meter signal input dapat diatur dengan 16x24 map dengan Air Flow Input value and poros RPM. Ketika karakteristik dari air flow meter output telah berubah dari kondisi standar, air flow meter dari F-con IS dapat segera menyesuaikan.


Fitur-fitur lain dari F-con IS :
Fungsi AIC : mengontrol 2 extra injector
Fungsi EIDS : ketika throttle tertututp intake udara kembali ke air flow meter dan akan mempengaruhi air flow meter voltage, nah voltage tersebut dapat diatur oleh F-con agar stabil untuk mencegah mesin mati
Fungsi immobilizer: :ketika ignition dinyalakan jika swich tidak dalam setingannya mesin tidak akan menyala
OSC: membuat seting bahan bakar untuk Std close-loop area.

Other Brand Piggyback:
-mengatur waktu pengapian ( bukan memperbaiki waktu pengapian standar ke arah yang lebih baik)
-membuka batas limit kendaraan dan rpm( hanya berupa pembukaan speed tanpa melihat batas ECU Standar sampai mana mesin tersebut dapat dipaksa, jika dipaksa terus menerus dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan yang fatal pada komponen mesin)
-rata-rata hanya mampu mengatur 1 extra injector
-butuh seting ulang setiap kali ada perubahan di sektor mesin karena fungsinya bukan beradaptasi tapi penambahan fitur yang kaku.
-setting dan instalasi yang sangat mudah yang menandakan tidak adanya fitur-fitur yang special dan generalisasi bagi setiap kendaraan.

Dari semua fitur di atas bisa diketahui bahwa F-con is lah yang dapat menyesuaikan dan membantu sistem kinerja ICU standar, dan membuat ECU standar agar bekerja lebih optimal dan bisa beradaptasi dengan keadaan mesin yang sudah mengalami penggantian komponen standar ke komponen peningkat performa,sebagai catatan jika hanya sedikit penambahan perangkat mesin, tidak perlu dilakukan setting ulang karena keunggulan F-con yang beradaptasi kepada perubahan mesin. Karena Pengaturan F-con yang detai terhadap ECU dan segala kerumitan instalasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik mekanik kita sampai harus mendapatkan pelatihan exsclusive langsung di jepang untuk mengambil F-con IS license, dan dengan membayaran license fee setiap tahun kita juga diberikan akses informasi ke jepang seluas - luasnya.
